  • The position of Business Development Lead - Digital at Zinema requires taking responsibility for commercializing and expanding the company's digital solutions portfolio in India. The primary focus will be to provide valuable insights to customers, improve their productivity and better manage risks. The key responsibilities of the role include leading the digital solutions team to deliver growth of the digital solutions portfolio, identifying opportunities for digital offerings, managing and reporting on new business opportunities, utilizing established commercial processes to secure new opportunities, meeting revenue and EBIT targets, managing digital bid preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization, introducing Zinema's digital solutions portfolio to customers, collaborating with stakeholders, continuously improving the offering and customer experience, developing and managing a team of technology specialists, understanding the competitor landscape and pricing policies.

    The ideal candidate should possess a strong professional network in the Asian mining industry, have significant commercial acumen, including sales and marketing experience, an ability to create and nurture opportunities at existing and new customer sites, an understanding of key value drivers within the mining process, team leading and motivating skills, strong decision-making skills, and an unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, character, and personal value. Experience and knowledge in drill and blast will be advantageous.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Creating and designing print and digital materials while adhering to brand guidelines and completing projects within the given deadlines.

    • Retouching and manipulating images using graphic design software and working with a wide variety of media.

    • Collaborating with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts and receiving feedback to make necessary changes.

    • Assembling final presentation material for printing as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.

    • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

    • Strong creative and analytical skills with a compelling portfolio of graphic design work.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Meeting with clients to determine their requirements and specifications for recordings or performances.

    • Safely setting up, repairing, servicing, and replacing equipment as needed.

    • Manipulating and enhancing live and recorded audio using various tools and techniques.

    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and software.

    • Understanding project briefs and making suggestions to improve the final product.

    • Editing and mixing audio to meet client specifications and preferences.

    • Improvising props or sound effects as necessary to achieve desired sound results.

    • Keeping up to date with new technology, techniques and industry trends through training and networking.

    • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, artists, and other industry professionals.

  • The responsibilities for this role include:

    • Collaborate & work in close - coordination with vertical business partners and relevant stakeholders: The candidate will need to work closely with various teams and stakeholders within the organization to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Lead, control & drive project timelines: The candidate will be responsible for leading, controlling, and driving project timelines. They will need to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all the necessary requirements.

    • Raise red flags as per milestones and take all actionable to closure in close coordination with stakeholders: The candidate will need to identify potential roadblocks or issues and raise red flags as required. They will also need to work closely with stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.

    • Be adept at working on high pace projects (regular/ad Hoc) with aggressive timelines & agile methodology: The candidate will need to be comfortable working on high-paced projects with aggressive timelines using agile methodology.

    • Reporting and dashboarding KPIs & Co-own the adoption critical metrics for the function: The candidate will be responsible for reporting and dashboarding key performance indicators (KPIs) for the function. They will also need to co-own the adoption of critical metrics.

    • Help drive strategic initiatives, programs, and key priorities for the region: The candidate will need to help drive strategic initiatives, programs, and key priorities for the region.

    • Spearhead training initiatives using contemporary principles and assessment methodology which are aligned with company and customer standards: The candidate will be responsible for spearheading training initiatives using contemporary principles and assessment methodology that are aligned with company and customer standards.
